We have reviewed the situation and confirmed that the IP range 65.87.8.0/24 is currently listed under an SBL block, which is affecting certain customers and preventing normal service usage

To resolve this issue, we have assigned a new IP range: 64.83.70.0/24

This new range applies only to the USA location and does not affect other locations or previously assigned IP ranges. Furthermore, only specific nodes currently using this range will require changes

We will perform the change manually on February 25. If you require the change immediately, please open a support ticket and we will proceed as soon as possible

The change will maintain the same last octet of your IP address

Example:

Old IP: 65.87.8.40
New IP: 64.83.70.40

This change is mandatory and necessary to ensure service continuity and proper operation.
