We would like to inform you that in the next few hours an additional second virtual server will be enabled, which will include a new VirtFusion management panel

This process is part of our migration from Virtualizor to VirtFusion, aimed at providing improved security, stability, and enhanced functionality, as the current panel has become obsolete and no longer offers the applications and features we require.

Due to technical differences between both platforms, this migration cannot be performed automatically. For this reason, we are providing an additional virtual server so that customers can manually migrate their data, ensuring a smooth and problem-free transition to the new panel

Each user must complete the manual data migration within a 5-day period, starting from the moment the new server becomes available

Throughout this period, the current server and panels will remain fully operational without any interruptions, allowing for a safe and orderly transition

At this time, this change is being applied only to the London UK Nodes 

Once the migration process is completed there, the same procedure will be carried out in the remaining locations that are currently running Virtualizor

Once the migration has been completed, a support ticket will be opened in your account. Please reply to this ticket to confirm completion, so we can assign your current IP address to the new server
