We would like to inform you that the Frankfurt nodes will be migrated from Virtualizor to VirtFusion

This migration is mandatory and critical to ensure service continuity. All eligible services must complete this process within the defined stages

At this stage, a secondary server will be activated for accounts currently hosted on Frankfurt nodes running on Virtualizor. Once the secondary server is active, you will have 3 days to complete your manual migration

A support ticket will be opened for each server/account, where the additional server details will be provided so you can proceed with the migration

The migration will be carried out in stages. Once you have completed your migration, you must reply to the ticket confirming completion. At that point, you may choose to keep your new IP addresses or retain your previous ones

Please note that only services with renewal dates after the end of this month will be included in this phase. If your service is close to its renewal date, it will be migrated after renewal

If you require immediate migration, you may request it at any time by replying to your support ticket, and our team will assist you accordingly

Once the migration is completed, you will be able to manage and configure PTR records for both IPv4 and IPv6

Additionally, several new features will be introduced, including regular cloud server plans and weekly backup services (one backup per week included). Additional backups will also be available if required. Please note that promotional plans do not include backup services
